Mr. Meshack Tiyane Makhubela, a Director of the firm holds an LLB Degree/ He was duly admitted as an attorney on 09 September 2007 and as a Conveyancer on 18 November 2021. Mr. Makhubela served his articles at Potgieter and Fourie Inc. Attorneys in their Johannesburg and Cape Town Offices respectively and subsequently ceded his articles of clerkship to Mohlaba and Moshoana Inc. Attorneys where he also worked as a professional assistant specializing in Road Accident Fund matters, Family Law (Divorce matters), Administration of Deceased Estates as well as High Court and Magistrate’s Court Civil Litigation matters. He worked for Matabane Inc. Attorneys for a period of 2(two) years in Pretoria as a professional assistant. He worked at the Office of the State Attorney in Pretoria as a Senior Assistant State Attorney for a period of more than 12 (twelve) years where he was exposed to different areas of law including but not limited to the so-called high-profile matters. For example, he handled the case of AmaBhungane from the High Court up to the Constitutional Court where certain provisions of the RICA Act were declared unconstitutional.
